摘要
结合火电厂热工仪表取样管特点,分析了热工仪表管受冻的原因,介绍了以往热工仪表管的防冻措施,和目前新建大型火电厂热工仪表管防冻措施,说明了防冻监测系统设计的必要性。并且详细说明了仪表管温度监测系统设计原理及壁温仪表的安装方法。此方法目前刚开始应用于新建火电厂中,对今后火电厂相关设计具有一定参考价值。
Combining thermal insulation properties of thermal instrument sampling tube in thermal power plant, analyzed the thermal instrument sampling frost reasons, introduced measures on formerly thermal instrument sampling frost resistance method, and introduced the new power plant thermal instrument sampling frost resistance method, illustrated the necessary of monitoring system's design. Also introduced the principle of thermal instrument sampling frost resistance and the instruments installation method.this method begin used in coal-fired power plant recently, it has some reference value for future power plant 's thermal isolation design.
