结晶法提纯钛白副产硫酸亚铁 被引量:14

Purification of Ferrous Sulfate Byproduct from Titanium Dioxide by Crystallization Process

摘要 针对硫酸法生产钛白粉过程中副产的硫酸亚铁,采用结晶法对硫酸亚铁进行提纯。运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子吸收光谱(AAS)等分析手段对结晶后粒子的晶相、形貌和杂质含量进行了分析。结果表明,结晶法提纯制备的硫酸亚铁颗粒结晶度高、晶粒形貌好、杂质含量少。通过结晶温度、结晶次数和p H值对硫酸亚铁结晶提纯影响的研究,发现在溶解温度为60℃,结晶温度为10℃,p H值为2,采取3次结晶时,就可有效去除杂质,提纯钛白副产硫酸亚铁。此外,还探究了结晶后母液的循环利用,可为工业化应用提供适当的数据参考。 In order to reclaim ferrous sulfate byproduct in titanium dioxide production by sulfuric acid process, the experiment was carried out to purify the ferrous sulfate byproduct. The ferrous sulfate after crystallization was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) for studying the phase, particle morphology and content of impurities respectively. The effects of crystallization temperature, crystallization times and pH value of solution on the purification were investigated. The experimental results indicate that the product can be obtained as a favorable characteristic. It can effectively remove impurities and purify the ferrous sulfate byproduct from titanium dioxide production by the solution temperature being 60 ℃, crystallization temperature being 10℃ , the pH value being 2, the crystallization frequency being 3. The recycling of crystallization mother liquid was also explored, and verified the feasibility for its industrial application.
