摘要
将硫酸水解处理后的秸秆纤维添加到硫化铜矿细菌浸出过程中,考察其对浸出过程及浸出效率的影响。结果表明,采用50%硫酸处理后,纤维素水解产物为还原糖,有利于混合菌种的培养,提高细菌数量和活性;水解物可降低浸出液氧化还原电位,抑制矿物表面钝化层的产生;黄铜矿单矿物中Cu浸出率提高了36.35%;云南某低品位铜矿中的Cu浸出率提高了11.91%。
The effect of straw cellulose hydrolyzed by sulfuric acid on bioleaching of copper sulfide ore was investigated. The results show that 50% sulfuric acid can hydrolyze cellulose into reducing sugar. The hydrolyzed cellulose has a promoting effect on the growth of the mixed strains. It can decrease the Eh value of leaching solution and reduce the surface passivation in the leaching process. The copper extraction of chalcopyrite mineral was increased by 36.35%. The copper extraction of low-grade copper ore from Yunnan was increased by 11.91%.
