摘要 长距离掘进通风系统设计时通常面临多因素耦合计算,决策过程十分复杂。为提高长距离掘进通风系统设计效率及合理性,降低工作量和主观决策误差,同时考虑到Auto CAD强大的图形绘制功能,基于Object ARX利用Auto CAD二次开发技术研发了长距离掘进通风辅助决策系统。提出了系统运行方案和研究技术路线,实现了巷道、掘进工作面、局扇、风筒、风库等图元的可视化、风量计算、风筒风阻多方法求解、风机自适应匹配选型与检验等功能。软件系统在金川的龙首矿长距离掘进通风设计中得到应用,针对试验矿井的掘进通风提出了切实可行的决策方案,并能在一定程度上优化整个矿井通风系统,对矿山的通风系统设计具有实际应用价值和指导意义。 The design of long distance tunneling ventilation system is usually faced with multi factor coupling calculation, and the decision-making process is very complex. In order to improve long-distance tunneling ventilation system design efficiency and rationality, reduce workload and subjective decision- making error, given that the AutoCAD as the graphics rendering capabilities and based on ObjectARX of AutoCAD secondary development technology research and development, the long distance driving ventilation auxiliary decision system was developed. System operation scheme and the technical route to realize the roadway, tunneling working surface, local fan, air duct, a fan base primitives, visualization, volume calculation and resistance coefficient of the duct method solving, fan adaptive matching selection and test function was proposed in this paper. The software system has been applied in the tunneling distance in mine ventilation design of Longshou Mine Ventilation, driving test for the decision scheme is feasible, and can optimize the whole mine ventilation system to a certain extent which has practical application value and guiding significance for the design of mine ventilation system.
