孕妇足部形态及足底力学特征的研究

Study on foot form and plantar mechanical characteristis of pregnant women

针对25~35周岁不同妊娠期孕妇在孕期足部形变、步态、鞋功能、款式要求和市场概况等问题进行了390份有效问卷调查,得到孕妇妊娠期出现不同类型足部不适症状所占比例。选择22名孕妇,从孕中期开始追踪至产前,运用Footscan测试系统进行每月一次的足底压力测试,并与20名非孕妇进行对比研究。研究了触地百分比、时相、步态周期、冲量、压强峰值等指标。结果表明,孕中期与孕后期妇女的各个观察指标都与非孕妇有着显著的差异性。

390 effective questionnaires aiming at different gestation pregnant women aged from 25 to 35 years old about foot deformation, gait, shoe function, style requires and market profile of pregnant wearing shoes were obtained. The proportions of different gestation pregnant women＇s different foot uncomfortable symptoms were received by analyzing the obtained questionnaires. Plantar pressure data of twenty-two pregnant women of the second trimester was compared with the twenty non-pregnant women. The plantar pressure measurements were performed using Footscan instrument monthly from pregnant metaphase to antenatal. The indexes of contact percentage, time phase, gait cycle, impulse, intensity of pressure peak and others were studied. Results indicate that there are significant differences between all indexes of the pregnant women in the second/third trimester and that of the non-pregnant women.
