摘要
目的:观察钙交联的海藻酸钠能否改善急性心肌梗死大鼠的心脏功能。方法:通过开胸结扎冠状动脉的方法制作大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,制备成功的模型随机分为3组:钙交联的海藻酸钠组(n=20),骨髓间充质干细胞组(n=20),生理盐水对照组(n=10),并分别于各组动物的心肌梗死区注射相应材料。在注射后的6周采用超声心动图评价各组大鼠心脏功能,而后处死大鼠,通过组织学方法观察各组动物心室重构的差异。结果:钙交联的海藻酸钠组大鼠的超声心动图及组织学指标均优于生理盐水对照组,但与骨髓间充质干细胞组无显著差异。结论:钙交联的海藻酸钠心肌内注射能够改善急性心肌梗死大鼠的心脏功能,其效果与骨髓间充质干细胞相当。
OBJECTIVES: To observe the effect of calcium crosstinked sodium alginate for cardiac function in rat with acute myo- cardial infarction. METHODS: The model of rat with acute myocardiac infarction (AMI) was built by opening chest and ligating coronary artery. The qualified models were randomly divided into three groups : Calcium crosslinked sodium alginate group ( n = 20), bone marrowderived mesenchymal stem cell group ( n = 20) and the control group with physiological saline. The corresponding material was injected into the infarct of three groups. At 6 weeks after injection, the cardiac function of rat was evaluated by ultrasound cardiogram, then killed the rat. According to histological method, the difference of ventricular remodeling was observed in two groups. RESULTS : In the calcium crosslinked sodium alginate group the index of ultrasound cardiogram and histology were better than those in the control group. There was no significant difference between the calciumcrosslinked sodiumalginate group and bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cell group. CONCLUSIONS: Calcium crosslinked sodium alginate can improve the cardiac function in rat with AMI by injecting into the infarct. The effect is similar to bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cell.
