"一带一路"战略的实施离不开稳定和谐的边境环境。面对边境管控的新形势,面对现实中存在的思想认识偏差、边境管控统筹谋划力度不够、基础设施建设不完善、政策措施有待优化、法治化进程相对滞后、边防执法能力水平不适应等问题,公安边防部队应明确职能定位,推进社会管理创新,深化警务合作机制,推进边防法治建设,深化爱民固边战略,努力当好"一带一路"战略的保卫者、建设者和服务者。

The new circumstances of border control and ideological deviation in everyday practice result in problems like inadequate infrastructures, to - be - optimized policies and measures, lagging - behind process of the rule of law, unaccommodated law enforcement level and capacity etc. The public security border force is supposed to play an important role in establishing functional orientation, promoting management innovation, deepening police cooperation, pushing forward rule - of - law in the border areas, continuing to further the strategy of Consolidating Border Control for the Good of the People, and striving to work as the defender, constructor and service provider for the Belt and Road Initiative.
