摘要
恢复体验是从心理层面关注个体的休息状态,时间压力是中学生面临的主要压力。研究选取了2600名中学生作为问卷调查的对象。根据研究思路构建了一个多重中介模型:时间压力→恢复体验→情绪状态→学习投入。目的在于探讨时间压力对恢复体验和学习投入的影响情况,以及以恢复体验为核心,通过改善学生的情绪状态进而达到提高学习投入目的的多重中介路径是否存在。结果:时间压力显著负向预测恢复体验、情绪状态和学习投入;以恢复体验为核心的如下多重中介路径达到显著性水平:时间压力→恢复体验→情绪状态→学习投入。结论:高时间压力会对恢复体验、情绪状态和学习投入带来负向影响;当学生的时间压力难以改变时,恢复体验的实现能够帮助削弱时间压力带来的负面作用,改善情绪状态,提高学习投入状态。
Recovery experience focuses on individual resting state from the psychological perspective, time pressure can be considered as the main pressure of secondary school students. The study selected 2600 secondary school students as objects of the questionnaire. According to the research ideas, we built a multiple mediation model: time pressure→recovery experience→emotional state→learning engagement. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of time pressure on the recovery experience and learning engagement, and whether the recovery experience as core, through the improvement of the student's emotional state to achieve the goal of learning to improve the multiple intermediary path was exsist. Results: Time pressure was significantly negative to predict recovery experience, emotional state and learning engagement. Recovery experience as the core of the following multiple intermediary path reached to the significant level: time pressure→recovery experience→emotional state→learning engagement. Conclusion : High time pressure would bring negative impact on recovery experience, emotional state and learning en- gagement. When it was too difficult to change the time pressure of the students, the realization of the recovery experience could help to weaken the negative effect of time pressure, improve the emotional state as well as the state of learning engagement.
