慕课在高职院校英语教学中的运用

Application of MOOCS in English Teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges

慕课（MOOC）既是一种新兴的互联网教学理念,也是一种大型网络公开课平台。在高职院校英语教学中,运用慕课开展教学,可以有效提升教学的灵活性、针对性、丰富性、趣味性和实效性,可以充分释放课堂教学活力,达到较好的教学效果。在教学实践中,很多英语教师已经认识到慕课在教学中的作用,但是由于缺乏科学理念的引导,无法充分利用慕课资源开展教学。立足高职英语教学实践,探索利用慕课提升高职英语教学实效性的策略,进而实现高职院校英语教学改革的目标。

Massive open online courses （MOOCS） are not only a new concept of internet teaching, but also a kind of large-scale network open course platform. In English teaching of higher vocational colleges, the use of MOOCS teaching can effectively improve the flexibility, riches, interests and effectiveness of teaching and fully release the vitality of classroom teaching so as to achieve better teaching effect. In teaching practice, many English teachers in higher vocational colleges have realized the role of MOOCS in the course of teaching, but because of the lack of scientific guide, it is impossible to make full use of MOOCS resources. Based on the practice of English teaching in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores the strategies to improve the effectiveness of English teaching in high- er vocational colleges, and then to achieve the goal of English teaching reform in Higher Vocational colleges.
