“以生为本”:研究生辅导员的工作困境及对策探析

高校辅导员的专业化、职业化、科学化一直备受关注,近年来,国家和高校都在不断提高辅导员队伍的业务能力和管理水平,然而,研究生辅导员作为高校辅导员队伍中的重要组成部分,并没有受到足够关注。研究生教育有别于本科生教育,这就要求研究生辅导员的专业素质和业务水平必须能够更好地适应研究生群体,达到一种高适配的状态,从而实现高水平的管理。从分析当前高校研究生辅导员的工作困境出发,将“以生为本”的教育理念作为研究生辅导员工作的理论指导,提出实现研究生辅导员高水平管理的有效途径。

Specialization, professionalization and scientification of college counselors has been closely watched. In recent years, the country and university are constantly improving the counselor team＇s business capability and management level. Graduate counsel- ors, however, as an important part of college counselor team, don＇t get enough attention. Graduate education is different from under- graduate education, which requires the graduate counselor＇s professional quality and level must be able to better adapt to the graduate student groups to achieve a state of high adaptation and a high level of management. Based on the analysis of the current university graduate counselors work and with the education concept of ＂Student-centered＂ as theoretical guidance, the paper puts forward the ef- fective ways for the graduate counselors to realize high level management.
