服务型团组织视域下文明寝室创建模式的创新与实践——以浙江水利水电学院建筑工程学院为例

基于服务型团组织理念,推进高校文明寝室创建模式的创新。立足高校学生公寓“青年之声”服务岗——青年志愿服务新形式与文明寝室创建有机结合、相互促进,深入挖掘和着力培育高校公寓优秀共青团基层团组织,充分利用团员青年服务岗,扎根学生公寓,服务学生公寓,开展具有鲜明时代特色与专业特色的各类高校公寓团建、社会实践以及大学生青年志愿服务活动。深入推进服务型团组织建设,落细、落小、落实,实现高校学生公寓文明寝室建设模式的突破与创新。

Based on the concept of service-oriented communist youth league organization, the innovation of the establishment mode of civilized dormitory is promoted in colleges and universities. By building the college student apartment ＂Youth Voice＂ service-orien- ted positions, youth volunteer service and the creation of civilized bedroom combine and promote each other, dig and cultivate the ex- cellent youth league organizations in colleges and universities. Meanwhile, our college is making full use of members of the youth serv- ice-oriented positions to take root and serve the student apartments and has carried out various types of college apartment building, so- cial practice and college students volunteer service activities with distinctive and professional characteristics so as to further promote the construction of service oriented organization and realize the breakthrough and innovation of the civilized dormitory construction mode of university student apartment.
