长距离输水工程质量控制浅析

长距离输水工程能够解决水资源地区分布不均匀以及时空分布不均等问题,是解决这一问题最有效的办法之一,世界许多国家都开展了许多提水、调水工程措施,随着我国多项长距离输水工程的开工建设,因工程质量问题而产生的各种事故也越来越多,因此对长距离输水工程建设的质量控制越来越受到广泛关注。为了对长距离输水工程的工程质量进行有效的控制,应建立工程质量管理体系,建立完整的试验和检测体系,通过施工自检、监理平行检、业主抽检、监督检以及飞行检测等手段,进行层层监督,从而控制工程质量,达到保证工程建设质量的目的。

The problem that water resources are unevenly distributed in time and space could be solved by long distance water conveyance project.It is one of the most effective ways to solve this problem,and many countries have carried out water lifting and water conveyance measures.With the popularity growing of the wa- ter conveyance project,the poor quality of the project has caused increasing accidents of all kinds,so that quality control towards long-distance water conveyance projects received widespread attention.In order to more effectively control the quality of the projects, an entire construction quality control system should be estab- lished, as well as testing and detecting system.Through self inspection by construction unit themselves, parallel detection by supervision unit, sampling inspection by owners ,flight testing and other measures ,the numerous checkpoints could achieve the aim of quality control.
