摘要
从三叶青块根的氯仿抽提物中分离出2个纯化合物和1个混合物,经相关方法鉴定为4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸及十六烯酸甲酯和十八烯酸乙酯的混和物。生物活性测定表明4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲酸和对羟基苯甲酸为三叶青块根的主要化感物质。通过比较施用不同有机肥的三叶青(实验组)与不施用肥料的三叶青(对照组)的化感物质含量,发现不同有机肥对三叶青化感物质的分泌有不同程度的缓解作用。
Two pure chemicals and one mixture were isolated from the chloroform extract of the root of tetrastigma hemsleyanum Dielset Gilg. They were identified as 3-Hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoicacid, p-Hydroxybenzoic acid and the mixture of Methyl hexadecenoate and Ethyl oleate. The bioassay showed that 3-Hydroxy-4- methoxybenzoicacid, p-Hydroxybenzoic were the main allelochemicals of the root of tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg. Moreover, our data demonstrated that different organic fertilizers had different alleviating effect on the secretion of allelochemicals of tetrastigma hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg by quantitative analysis.
