错颌矫正结合修复治疗牙列缺损的疗效探析

The Effect of Orthodontic Treatment Combined with Repair on Dentition Defect with Malocclusion

为研究错颌矫正结合修复治疗牙列缺损的临床疗效,选取2014年7月—2016年7月丽水市人民医院接收治疗的100例牙列缺损患者作为研究对象,依据患者所接受不同的治疗方式将其划分为两个组别,分别接受错颌矫正结合修复治疗和常规修复治疗。实验结果表明:错颌矫正结合修复治疗组(研究组)与常规修复治疗组(对照组)的总有效率分别为96.0%和74.0%;研究组与对照组的治疗满意度分别为92.0%和70.0%。实验结果提示:与常规修复治疗相比,错颌矫正结合修复治疗的疗效更佳,治疗满意度更高,具备临床推广价值。

To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment combined with repair on dentition defect with malocclusion, we chose 100 patients whose teeth are defective with malocclusion from Lishui People＇s Hospital ranged between July 2014 and July 2016. One group of patients was treated with orthodontic treatment combined with repair and the other group was treated with common repair. Our data revealed that the total efficiency of the group of orthodontic treatment combined with repair and the group of common repair rated in 96.0% and 74.0%, respectively. These results demonstrated that the orthodontic treatment combined with repair presented much better effectiveness and satisfaction comparing with the control treatment. Our preliminary study indicates that the orthodontic treatment combined with repair is a good method that is deserved to be promoted in clinical application.
