路径式健康教育在腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张结扎患者围手术期中的应用

Application of path-based health education in the perioperative period of patients receiving laparoscopic varicocelectomy

目的:探讨路径式健康教育在腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法:选取2014年10月~2016年10月本院泌尿外科收治的腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术患者80例,将患者随机等分为观察组及对照组,对照组患者围手术期间应用常规性健康教育;观察组应用路径式健康教育,比较两组患者围手术期负性情绪、术后康复、疾病知识掌握及满意度情况。结果:观察组患者术后第1天焦虑自评分、抑郁自评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),术后排气时间、排便时间、腹胀消失时间、进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),疾病知识评分及满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:路径式健康教育能有效减轻腹腔镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术患者围手术期焦虑、抑郁程度,提高患者疾病知识掌握程度,有利于促进患者术后康复,提高患者满意度。

Objective To discuss the application effect of bath - based health education in the perioperative period of patients receiving laparoscopic varicoc-electomy. Methods：Selected 80 patients receiving laparoscopic varicocelectomy admitted in urology department of our hospital from October 2014 to October2016, and they were divided into observation group and control group randomly, where conventional health education was applied for the patients in theperioperative period, and path - based health education was applied for the patients in the observation group. Patients in the two groups were compared innegative mood in perioperative period, post -operation rehabilitation, mastering of disease knowledge and satisfaction. Results：The self- assessment scoreof anxiety and self - assessment score of depression of patients in the observation group 1 day after the operation were lower than those of patients in the con-trol group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the post- operation evacuation time, defecating time, distension disappearing time, food taking time, borborygmus recovery timeand average hospitalization period of patients in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the disease score andsatisfaction score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The path - based health educa-tion could reduce the perioperative anxiety, depression of patients receiving laparoscopic varicocelectomy, improve the patients＇ mastering of knowledge,was beneficial to promote the patients＇ post -operation rehabilitation and improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
