多形式健康宣教及培训对乳腺癌术后肢体肿胀、不适感及睡眠质量的影响研究

Research on influence of multiform health education and training on edema of extremity,discomfort and sleep quality after breast cancer surgery

目的:探讨多形式健康宣教对乳腺癌术后肢体肿胀、不适感及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2015年4月~2016年4月本院收治的98例乳腺癌手术患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规乳腺癌手术围术期护理;观察组则在此基础上加用多形式健康宣教及培训,2周后评估两组患者干预前后的肢体肿胀情况、不适感及睡眠质量并将结果进行比较。结果:干预前两组的肢体肿胀情况、不适感及睡眠质量评估结果比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),而干预后2周观察组的肢体肿胀情况、不适感及睡眠质量评估结果均明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多形式健康宣教及培训对乳腺癌术后肢体肿胀、不适感及睡眠质量的影响较好,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

ObjectiveTo discuss the influence of multiform health education edema of extremity, discomfort and sleep quality after breast cancer surgery.Methods：Selected 98 patients receiving breast cancer surgery admitted in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 as the research object, and they weredivided into observation group and control group randomly, and conventional breast cancer surgery perioperative nursing was given to the patients in the con-trel group, and multiform health education and training were added to the patients in the observation group on this basis, and patients in the two groups werecompared in edema of extremity, discomfort and sleep quality after 2 weeks. Results ： The comparison result of evaluation of edema of extremity, discomfortand sleep quality was not statistically significant 2 weeks before interference （ P 〉 0.05 ）, while 2 weeks after interference, the evaluation of edema of ex-tremity, discomfort and sleep quality of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of patients in the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The multiform health education and training had a great influence on the edema of extremity, discom-fortableness and sleep quality after breast cancer surgery, with a high clinical application value, and was worth promoting.
