心理干预在超声引导下乳腺穿刺术中的应用

Application of psychological interference in mammary paracentesis with ultrasonic guidance

目的:探讨心理干预在超声引导下在乳腺穿刺术中的应用效果。方法:随机将60例行超声引导下乳腺穿刺术的乳腺肿块患者等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理;观察组在对照组基础上实施心理干预,比较两组患者干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分变化、术中紧张、恐惧程度、平均穿刺时间、术后并发症发生情况及患者满意情况。结果:观察组SAS下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05),术中紧张、恐惧程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05),平均穿刺时间短于对照组(P<0.05),出血及疼痛并发症发生情况均低于对照组(P<0.05),满意情况明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预能明显减轻超声引导下乳腺穿刺患者焦虑、紧张及恐惧情绪,缩短穿刺时间,减少相关并发症发生,患者满意度高。

Objective ： To discuss the application effect of psychological interference in mammary paracentesis with ultrasonic guidance. Methods ： Divided 60 patients with breast lump receiving mammary paracentesis under ultrasonic guidance into observation group and observation group equally at random, con- ventional nursing was adopted for the patients in the control group, and psychological interference was given to the patients in the control group on the basis of the observation group, and patients in the two groups were compared in change of self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） scores, nervousness in operation, fear degree, average paracentesis time, post - operation complications and patients＇ satisfaction after interference. Results： The SAS decrease in the observation group was significantly more than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the nervousness in operation, fear degree in the observation group were significantly slighter than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the average paracentesis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the bleeding and pain complications of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Psychologi- cal interference could significantly reduce the anxiety, nervousness and fear moods of patients receiving mammary paracentesis with ultrasonic guidance, shorten the paracentesis time, reduce the occurring of relevant complications and increase the patients＇ satisfaction.
