摘要
采用高效液相法(HLPC)对热敏纸中的双酚A(BPA)在模拟酸性汗液中的迁移量进行测定。将得到的模拟液,以甲醇–水为流动相行进分离,采用紫外检测器检测。在0.1~10mg/L线性关系良好(r≥0.999)。
The migration of bisphenol A (BPA) in simulated acid sweat in thermal paper was determined by high performanceliquid chromatography (HLPC) .The simulated solution was separated by methanol-water as the mobile phase and detected by UVdetector.The linear relationship was good at 0. lmg/L to 10mg/L (r 〉0.999) .
