介绍了河南能源化工集团安化公司二套合成氨/尿素系统低压醇烃化装置自2010年系统扩能改造后,出现了醇烃化装置结蜡现象严重,出口微量偏高,影响合成氨触媒使用周期,合成氨产量受到影响,并造成压缩机五段带水,气阀较大损害等一系列的问题。通过增加蒸发冷、烃分、除蜡器技术改造,投运效果较好,最终问题得到了解决。
