页岩气资源潜力大、寿命长、生产周期长,已成为能源研究领域的热点和突破点。自2009年以来,中国页岩气钻井领域的62a,标志着国内页岩气资源的开发。页岩气储层和常规油藏不同,必须采用先进的技术,特别是对水平井钻井、完井和压裂技术,实现经济高效发展。近年来国内页岩气钻井技术、钻井液技术、固井和压裂技术等,可以为中国页岩气开发的技术基础。讨论了页岩气的发展,技术和环境问题,指出了页岩气技术未来的发展方向。未来,需要结合国内页岩气储层的特点,借鉴新技术、国内外经验,通过优化工具开发、技术支持和水平井钻井技术的解决方案,尽快为页岩气的发展提高;进一步提高油基钻井液体系流变,密封能力,开展水基钻井液体系研究适用于页岩气水平井钻井;研究使用油基钻井液页岩气水平井的现状,进一步提高冲洗液和水泥浆体系和固井技术;分析页岩气水平多级压裂技术的井下工具、工作液及施工技术进展,加强压裂设计动态监测,形成一套完整的钻井、压裂及生产过程中废水等操作,污水和垃圾处理技术,重视环境污染评价页岩气的开采,以确保中国页岩气开发的健康发展。
