摘要
以碱性硅溶胶为原料,加入一定量的硫酸钠,反应体系在适宜的温度下反应一定时间,经过洗涤、干燥、研磨和筛分得到小孔二氧化硅粉体。该方法的最佳工艺条件:反应温度在45℃,硫酸钠的添加量为硅溶胶质量的1%,反应时间为1h。
In this study, basic silica sol was used as raw material.The reaction system was added with a certain amount of sodiumsulfate.The reaction system was reacted at the appropriate temperature for a certain time, washed, dried, ground and sieved to obtainsilica powder.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows : the reaction temperature was 45 ℃, the adding amount of sodiumsulfate was 1% of the mass of silica sol, and the reaction time was 1 hour.
