浅谈整体铸造中部槽的消失模工艺研究

铸造工艺中的中部槽技术的工较为复杂,焊缝的稳定性对于使用至关重要,决定着设备的运行性能。在对消失模工艺进行优化分析之后,把内部的材质与生产工艺技术进行提升,在性能测试中发现,设备的性能要好于原有的工艺制造产品通过对消失模工艺的铸造方法、浇冒系统、白模制作、浇铸方案、水韧处理的探究,力求为现代铸造工艺提出创新的思路。

The technology of the middle groove in the casting process is more complicated, and the stability of the weld is veryimportant for the use of the equipment, which determines the performance of the equipment.In the EPC process optimization analysis,the technology of material and production process of internal promotion, found in performance test, a better performance in the originalequipment manufacturing products, following through the casting method, the EPC process of gating system, white mold production,casting, inquiry scheme of water toughening and put forward innovative ideas for modem casting process.
