摘要 针对带钢连续退火镀锌过程中出现的划伤、铬窝、氧化斑、锌渣带等质量缺陷,着力提升退火炉设备精度,对一、二镀锌炉底辊及水冷辊辊面增加涂层,对三镀锌炉内设备进行检测,测量炉辊表面粗糙度及辊型,测量对比辐射管壁厚等,掌握其磨损程度及精度变化情况,制定合理的检修更换周期,并采用先进的干冰清理技术对炉辊进行了全面清洁处理。稳定炉内气氛,加强炉子的密封性,增强炉温控制、燃烧控制和炉压控制的快速性、准确性,与先进设备相配合,提高燃料利用率。 Aiming at the defects such as scratches, chrome fences, oxidized plaques and dross slags in the continuous annealingand galvanizing of strip, the precision of the annealing furnace was improved, Surface to increase the coating, the three galvanizedfurnace equipment for testing, measuring the roller surface roughness and roller, measuring the thickness of the radiant tube, etc., tomaster the degree of wear and accuracy changes, to develop a reasonable maintenance replacement cycle, and The use of advanceddry ice cleaning technology on the furnace roller for a comprehensive cleaning.Stabilize the furnace atmosphere, strengthen the furnaceseal, enhance the furnace temperature control, combustion control and furnace pressure control of the fast, accurate, and advancedequipment to improve fuel efficiency.
