摘要
作为一种常见的工业特种设备,压力容器的设计与制造,都有着相应的规范与标准。针对目前的实际情况来看,压力容器的设计主要包括两种方法,一种是依据规范所作出的"常规设计";第二种则是根据应力分析所进行的"分析设计"。在进行实际的应力分析设计过程中,应当以应力分析报告为依据,并充分借助于近代分析计算工具与相应的实验技术,来提高设计的科学性与可靠性。此外,通过分析设计,可以有效降低安全系数,有效降低了材料的应用,运输费用。以压力容器应力分析设计方法作为研究中心进行了讨论,旨在为相关人士提供一定参考。
As a kind of common industrial special equipment, pressure vessel design and manufacture, have the correspondingnorms and standards.As for the curront actual situation, the pressure vessel design mainly includes the following two methods, oneis based on the standard made by "conventional design" ; the second is based on the stress analysis, design and analysis of"" .In thestress analysis of the actual design process, we should stress on the basis of analysis report, and make full use of modem technologyto analysis and calculation and the corresponding experimental tools, to improve the scientificity and reliability of the design.Inaddition, through the analysis and design, can effectively reduce the safety factor, effectively reducing the application of materials,transportation costs.This paper discusses the design method of stress analysis of pressure vessel as the research center.
