摘要
M型六角晶系钡铁氧体以其优良的磁性能和吸波性能广泛应用于微波吸收方面以及军事民用等领域。除此之外,钡铁氧体还具有矫顽力大、共磁频率高、热稳定性好、生产成本低等优点,在功能上,为吸波材料和永磁材料开拓了新的领域。而在实际生产过程中,钡铁氧体的各项性能仍有不足,如今,离子掺杂钡铁氧体的研究已成热点。主要介绍稀土元素掺杂钡铁氧体的性能及研究进展。
M-type hexagonal barium ferrite is widely used in microwave absorption and military and civilian fields with itsexcellent magnetic properties and absorbing properties.In addition, barium ferrite also has the advantages of high coercivity, highmagnetic frequency, good thermal stability and low production cost.In function, it has opened up new fields for absorbing materialsand permanent magnet materials.In the actual production process, barium ferrite performance is still insufficient, and now, ion-dopedbarium ferrite research has become a hot spot.The performance and research progress of rare earth doped barium ferrite were introduced.
