摘要 样品经过氧化钠熔融分解,水提取,过滤除去铝、硅、磷等基体元素及大量的钠盐,减小了基体元素及共存元素的干扰,在硝酸介质中,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法直接测定稀土矿石中15种稀土元素。研究了不同分解样品的方法、分析谱线、仪器工作条件等因素对稀土元素的测定影响,结果表明:采用过氧化钠熔融分解样品,在5%硝酸介质中,用ICP–OES直接测定稀土矿石中15种稀土元素,以稀土矿石国家标准物质(GBW07158、GBW 07161、GBW 07188)做准确度实验,各稀土元素的分析结果与标准值的相对误差小于相对误差允许限。对未知样品的测定,测定结果与等离子质谱仪的测定结果、外检结果对比,其相对偏差小于允许限,符合规范要求。 The samples were melted and decomposed by sodium oxide, and the matrix elements such as aluminum, silicon andphosphorus and a large amount of sodium salt were removed by filtration.The interference of matrix elements and coexisting elements wasreduced.In the nitric acid medium, the inductively coupled plasma Direct Determination of 15 Rare Earth Elements in Rare Earth Ore bySpectrometry.The experimental results show that the samples were separated and decomposed by ICP-OES in 5% nitric acid medium.Theexperimental results showed that the samples were separated and analyzed by ICP-OES in 5% nitric acid medium.Rare earth ore 15 kindsof rare earth elements, with rare earth ore national standard material (GBW07158, GBW 07161, GBW 07188) to do the accuracytest, the rare earth element analysis results and the standard value of the relative error is less than the relative error allowable limit.Thedetermination of unknown samples, the determination of the results with the plasma mass spectrometer measurement results, the resultsof external inspection, the relative deviation is less than the allowable limit, in line with regulatory requirements.
