Study on The Determination of Silica By X–Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry

简要对硅酸盐的二氧化硅测定进行分析,将实验部分以及实验方法、结果进行说明,最后进行不确定度的评定,以期为其他测量元素的研究提供理论基础。

In this paper, the silicate silica is briefly analyzed.The test part and the test method and the results are described.Finally,the uncertainty is evaluated to provide the theoretical basis for the study of other measurement elements.
