摘要
人们当前习惯于使用一种软件称之为Pro/E,使用这个软件从事零售和铸造物件到铸造模具的设计创作。它解释了相关产品的零件的建立模型所具备的一些条件,如应该具备制造过程中的各种工艺建模等过程,其中详细解释了:为了能按时顺利地完成铸造物件以及铸造模具的设计,在零件和铸件三维建模过程中,应该遵守一定的相关顺序和一些技巧。在建立模型前,应该首先设计一款与之相匹配的工艺模型,并设立它的型芯头,起模斜度等工艺,然后,用它来按照一定的规则,把型芯和外模进行拆分,使得两部分分开,这样就可以减少建立模型过程中可能出现的错误,极大缩短了时间、提高了效率。
