预测电流控制三电平双Buck并网逆变器 被引量:1

摘要 三电平双Buck逆变器因其高效高可靠性被广泛运用于新能源发电、不间断电源等变流领域。针对三电平双Buck逆变器采用变频滞环电流控制谐波频谱宽、输出滤波器设计困难;采用恒频PI控制参数设计复杂、调试周期长的问题。提出一种恒定开关频率的改进预测电流控制方法实现三电平双Buck并网逆变。恒定的开关频率谐波频谱固定、易于滤除;改进预测电流控制为比例项+预测项实现,仅需进行比例参数调节,简化了参数调试周期。最后通过仿真及原理样机实验验证了所提出设计方法的可行性。 Three level dual-buck inverters with the characteristics of high efficiency and high reliability have been widely used in the field of new energy power generation,uninterrupted power supply and so on. Aiming at the variable-frequency hysteresis current controlled three level dual-buck inverter,the width of harmonic spectrum and the difficult design of output filter;and the parameters design is complex and the debugging period is long with the constant frequency PI control. An improved predictive current control method with constant switching frequency is proposed to realize the three level dual-buck grid-connected inverter. The harmonic spectrum is fixed and easy to filter of the constant switching frequency;the improved predictive current control is combined with the proportion and the prediction,and only needs to adjust the proportion parameters,which simplifies adjustment period of the parameter. Finally,the feasibility of the proposed design method is verified by the simulation and experimental results.
