Analysis on Mode and Mechanism of Damages for Light-steel Portal Frame Structures under Snowstorms

轻型门式刚架结构在暴雪中坍塌事故频发,造成巨大的生命和财产损失.本文统计了国内外在暴雪天气中遭到破坏的轻型门式刚架结构,对破坏形式和原因进行总结分析.首先,将其破坏形态分为整体垮塌破坏和损伤性破坏两大类,其中整体垮塌破坏分为梁破坏、节点破坏、柱破坏和支座破坏四种,损伤性破坏分为檩条平面外失稳破坏、屋面局部凹陷破坏和支撑破坏三种.随后针对不同的破坏形态对其破坏原因进行分析,应用ANSYS对轻型门式刚架破坏的一般模式和机理进行了探讨,并为提升轻型门式刚架结构的安全性能提出一些措施和建议.本文的总结分析有利于对轻型门式刚架结构在超越雪荷载作用下的破坏形式和机理有更深入的理解,为防止该类结构的破坏提供措施与建议.

A lot of the light-steel portal frame structures have collapsed in the snowstorms,causing huge loss of life and property.A summary and analysis were carried out for the reason and mechanism leading to the destruction of light-steel portal frame structures after taking on statistics of light-steel portal frame structures damaged in snowstorms throughout the world.First,the failure modes of light-steel portal frame structures can be divided into two kinds,namely the overall collapse and the local damage.The overall collapse can be divided into four kinds,including the beam failure,the node failure,the column failure and the support failure.The local damage can be divided into three kinds,including the instability outside the plane of purlin,the local depression of roof and the damage of supporting system.Then,the reason and mechanism leading to the destruction of light-steel portal frame structures were analyzed according to the different failure modes.Using the ANSYS the general patterns and mechanisms of the light-steel portal frame structure were analyzed,and some measures and suggestions were put forward to improve the safety performance of the light-steel portal frame structure.The summary and analysis of this article help to understand the failure modes and mechanism of light-steel portal frame structures under the snow loads,and provide the measures and suggestions in order to prevent the destruction of light-steel portal frame structures.
