海南油茶优树选择及DNA指纹图谱构建 被引量:3

摘要 通过初选、复选和精选,从海南岛35个油茶居群中选出5株油茶优树,它们具有抗炭疽病强、产果量高、含油率高等特点,鲜果出籽率45.57%~52.00%,鲜果出油率7.30%~10.93%,单位冠幅产油0.11~0.21 kg/m^2,产油量770.55~1 470.05 kg/hm^2,茶油的酸值在0.21~0.30 mg/g之间,不饱和脂肪酸含量85.78%~89.10%,亚油酸含量5.06%~6.32%。基于SRAP标记,以引物组合Me1/Em4可把5个优树区分开,构建了直观、清晰、简单的DNA指纹图谱。 5 plus trees from 35 populations were checked ultimately in Hainan,the results showed that these plus trees with the characters of anti-anthrax ,high fruit and oil production.The plus trees' fresh seed rate was 45.57%-52.00% ,oil production rate was 7.30%-10.93% ,oil production was 0.11-0.21 kg/m2 in crown units ,oil production was 770.55-1 470.05 kg/hm2,and the oil acid value was 0.21-0.30 mg/g,the unsaturated fatty acids was 85.78%-89.10% ,the linoleic acid content was 5.06%-6.32%.Based on SRAP markers,the primer composition Mel/Em4 could distinguish the 5 plus trees, construct clear and simple DNA fingerprintings.
