摘要
为了探讨不同成熟度对烤后烟主要质量性状的影响,以烤烟品种云烟87为材料,对相同生产条件下不同成熟度烤后烟叶外观质量、内在质量以及感官质量等进行了研究。结果表明:适熟采摘烤后的烟叶外观质量明显好于非适熟采烤烟叶,经济产量也达到最大值,化学成分的协调性较接近优质烤烟化学品质指标,感官评吸质量最好。
In order to explore effect of different maturity on tobacco leaf quality characteristics,taking Yunyan87 as the material,appearance quality, inherent quality and sensory quality under different maturity were studied.The results showed the appearance quality of flue-cured tobacco affer proper picking was better than that of consuitable picking,it could reached the maximum economic yield,the coordination chemical components was close to the chemical quality indicators of high quality tobacco, and had the best sense and smoking quality.
