Realistic Difficulty and Future Path of Farmers′ Income Increasing Under Perspective of Government

"三农"问题的核心之一是农民增收问题,现实情况下,实现农民增收面临着农业生产模式的低效限制农民增收的基本方式、农产品信息不畅滞阻农民收益获得的流通环节以及外部收益渠道不顺阻碍农民增收的发展路径等困境,需要政府针对农业本身,从全面提高农业生产能力、深入推进农业结构调整、健全农产品市场流通体系3个方面入手为促进农民增收保驾护航;同时需要针对农业外部渠道,从实现农民转移就业、促进农民自主创业2个角度出发为实现农民增收努力。

The problem of ＂agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ is one of the core problem of increasing farmers＇ income.In the real cases, the realization of farmers＇ income is faced with agricultural production mode of inefficient limit the basic way of increasing farmers＇ income ,agricultural information sharing of hysteresis resistance＇ s circulation and external income farmers income channels are obstacles to the development path of increasing farmers＇ income,etc.It need the government aiming at agriculture itself,to escort increasing the farmers＇ income from three aspects of improving comprehensive agricultural production capacity,further promoting agricultural structure adjustment and improving the circulation of agric- ultural products market system.Meanwhile ,it need the government aiming at agricultural external channels ,to endeavor for increasing the farmers＇ income from two angles of realizing farmers＇ transfer employment and promoting the farmers＇ self-employment.
