“网格化”管理模式在大学生就业过程的探索与实践 被引量:3

摘要 当前,大学生就业困难的原因除受国内经济形势客观因素影响外,还与学校培养、管理模式及学生自身素质密切相关。本文将城市、社区的"网格化"管理理念引入到大学生就业工作中来,结合学校实际和专业特点,把大学生就业"网格化"管理模式与"精细化"信息管理有机结合起来,充分利用高校现有的人力优势和资源条件,拓宽就业渠道,提升就业空间,形成就业信息、人员互为一体的"网格化"工作模式,构建"网格化"就业管理体系,实现全方位促进就业的网络格局。 Currently, the reasons that cause the difficulty of.college students in employment not only are influenced by the objective factors of domestic economic situation,but also associates closely with the students' own qualities and schools' management and training modes.This paper introduces the idea "grid-based" management from city and community into the employment of college students.Based on schools' own situations and professional features,it suggests that the "grid-based" management mode of students' employment must be organically combined with the "detailed'information management,take fully use of the schools' current human advantages and resource conditions,expand employment channels and widen employment space to form a "grid-based" working mode that the employment information and employees are infiltrated into each other, construct"grid-based"employment management system and achieve a full range of network structure to promote employment.
