志愿服务对大学生职业能力发展的影响研究——以九江学院为例

A Study on the Impact of Volunteer Services on the Development of College Students' Professional Competence-A Case Study of Jiujiang University

提升大学生的职业能力对于适应企业对人才的需求及促进个人的职业生涯发展都具有重要的意义。本文对志愿服务以及大学生职业能力的构成进行界定,并探讨志愿服务与大学生职业能力的关系,运用访谈法对四位来自九江学院不同志愿者服务部门的志愿者进行调查。调查发现参与志愿服务对大学生职业能力中的专业能力的影响一般在特定的情形下或活动中才能得到充分体现,被访谈的志愿者认为参与志愿服务对信息收集和筛选能力、人际交往能力和心理承受能力方面有较明显的提升作用。研究结果表明志愿服务对提升大学生职业能力中的方法能力和社会能力方面的影响较为显著。

It is of great significance to enhance the professional competence of college students to adapt to the demand of talents and promote their career development. The concept of volunteer service and composition of professional competence had been defined, and the relationship between volunteer service and professional competence of college students had been analyzed. Then, four volunteers from different volunteer service departments of Jiujiang University were interviewed. The result of interviews showed that although the influence of volunteer service on professional ability could be significant only under certain circumstances or activities, the influence of volunteer service could obviously improve such professional competence as information collection ability; interpersonal skills; and mental capacity. The research conclusion was that the volunteer service had significant influence on the methodological ability and social ability of college students＇ professional competence.
