摘要
本文根据人力资本、社会资本等理论,利用某省毕业生就业情况的调查数据,使用logistic回归等分析方法,实证地分析人力资本和社会资本对本科毕业生求职起薪的影响。研究发现:人力资本越充裕,社会资本越丰富,期待薪资越高;人力资本较社会资本来说对实际薪资的影响较大。
With the survey data of employment situation from one university's undergraduate stuctents, me stuuy analyzed the effects of human capital and social capital on students' starting salary. The more abundant human capital and social capital a student possessed, the higher employment probability the student has,the true salary was influenced by human capital.
