涠洲11-1N-A17h井管柱结蜡堵塞问题的解决

摘要 涠洲11-1N-17h井在生产期间电泵运行正常,但产量大幅下降,最终井口取样无产出而关井。为了解决这一问题,通过积极查询相关资料,调出所有相关历史参数作对比,最后判断为电泵出口管柱结蜡堵塞。通过平台电加热器加热海水进行循环洗井,虽然情况有所缓解,但没有解决根本性问题,最后通过优化生产管柱与井底加注防蜡剂相结合的方式成功解决了管柱结蜡的问题,并使产量提高了15m3/d,此井平稳生产至今,共累计增产原油1.1万多方。 The WZ1 1-IN-17h's electric submersible pump in normal operation,but the yield fell sharply,Final wellhead without output and shut down.Through active query related information,Call up all relevant historical parameters for comparison,Finally,the reason is that the cause of the electric pump outlet pipe clogging.Through the platform hot water to wash the well,although the situation has eased,but did not solve the fundamental problem,Finally,through the optimization of production control and bottom filling paraffin inhibitor combination method has successfully solved the problem of wax column,And the yield increased by 15m3/d ,land steady production of the well,so far, it has increased yield 1.1 × 10^4m3.
