摘要
某大型炼化企业拟采用华东理工大学SHY-DL临氢芳构化技术,将该企业已停用的半再生重整预加氢装置改造为10万吨/年醚后碳四芳构化装置。为解决该芳构化装置中的循环氢含烃量过高的问题,本文拟采用汽油洗涤的方式来脱除循环氢中的烃类。为保证洗涤效果,本文借助Aspen Plus、研究了洗涤液温度、洗涤液流量、洗涤压力、理论板数等影响汽油洗涤循环氢脱烃效果的因素,确定了汽油洗涤循环氢脱烃塔适宜的工艺参数。
A large-scale petrochemical company intend to use SHY-DL Pro-hydrogen aromatic technology of east china university of science and technology,for Helping the company to reform the deactivated semi-regenerative pre-hydrogenation apparatus for 100,000 t/a liquefied gas aromatization apparatus .To solve this aromatization apparatus's problem that the recycle hydrogen-containing hydrocarbon content is too high.This paper intends to use gasoline washing approach to the removal of hydrocarbons from recycle hydrogen.To ensure washing effect,with the help of Aspen Plus examines the factors that washing liquid temperature,washing liquid flow rate,pressure washing,number of theoretical plates affect the gasoline washing hydrocarbon cycle hydrogen off effects.Complete the gasoline washing cycle hydrogen desorption tower determined process parameters t
