Aspen Plus simulation analysis on distillation of epoxy propane produced by chlorohydrin

采用Aspen Plus对氯醇化法环氧丙烷精馏系统进行模拟,模拟值与实际值基本吻合;分析了进料板位置和理论板数对精馏塔的影响,并确定了精馏参数。

Aspen Plus simulation was carried out on distillation system of epoxy propane produced by chlorohydrin method. Simulation value basically agreed with practical value. The influence of feed plate position and that of theoretical plate number on the distillation results were analyzed. The distillation parameters were determined.
