刺薏复方不同制备物对辐射后小鼠外周血白细胞的影响

摘要 目的比较刺薏复方不同提取方法制备的药物对辐射损伤模型小鼠外周血白细胞的影响。方法分别用水和75%乙醇溶液对刺薏复方中药物进行提取,以干浸膏得率和刺五加中紫丁香苷作为提取考察指标,并将不同制备所得的干浸膏按处方比灌胃BALB/c小鼠14 d后,以4GY Co^(60)γ射线一次性全身照射,比较小鼠照射前、照射后第3天、照射后第14天外周血白细胞的变化。结果刺薏复方水提取干浸膏得率和紫丁香苷含量均较75%乙醇提取要高,乌梅单独水提取按处方比加入复方水提取灌胃小鼠,能显著增加辐射损伤模型小鼠外周血白细胞数的作用。结论刺薏复方以乌梅单独水提取并加入复方水提取的方法能显著增加辐射后外周血白细胞总数。 Objective To study the effects of different extracts of CiYi compound on white cell of periphery blood in radiational injury mice. Methods The drugs were extracted with water or 75% ethanol from CiYi compound respectively;the obtained dry extract yield and the content of syringin were used as the index of extraction. The BALB/c mice were exposed to 4GY Co^60γ/ ray at one time on the 14th day after orally administered dry extracts of CiYi Compound and the change of white cells of periphery blood were compared on the third day before radiation,on the third day and 14th day after radiation. Results The dry extract yield and the content of syringin of the water extract were higher than those of the 75% ethanol. The water extract of Wumei was added to other drugs of CiYi Compound could significantly increase white cells of periphery blood in radiational injury mice. Conclusion The water extract (Wumei alone water added to compoand water) of CiYi Compound can increase white cells of periphery blood in mice after radiation.
