延续性护理干预对肝癌经皮射频消融术患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响

Effect of continuity care on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with liver cancer undergoing percutaneous radiofrequency ablation

目的探讨延续性护理干预对肝癌经皮射频消融术患者自我护理能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2014年12月间首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院行射频消融术后达到出院标准的102例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,根据出院时间依次分为观察组与对照组,每组51例。观察组患者在常规出院指导基础上采用延续性护理干预,对照组患者给予常规出院指导,随访3个月,比较两组患者自我护理能力和生活质量。结果随访3个月后,观察组患者健康知识水平、自我概念、自护责任感与自我护理技能的自我护理能力各评分均明显高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能和社会功能的功能领域各评分均明显高于对照组患者,疲倦、恶心呕吐和疼痛的症状领域各评分均明显低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预有助于提高原发性肝癌经皮射频消融术后患者的自我护理能力,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of continuity care on self-care ability and life quality of patients with liver cancer undergoing percutaneous radiofrequency ablation. Methods At Chaoyang Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University,102 patients with primary liver cancer undergoing radiofrequency ablation were selected from January 2013 to December 2014 as the research objects,and these patients were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the time of discharge with 51 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were given continuity care and patients in the control group were given routine discharge guidance and all the patients were followed up for 3 months. Self-care ability and life quality were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of follow-up,the selfnursing ability scores including health knowledge level of patients were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; Physical function scores like body functions of patients were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and symptom scores like fatigue was significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Continuity care intervention is contributes to improvement of self-care ability and quality of life in patients with primary liver cancer undergoing percutaneous radiofrequency ablation.
