摘要
在长期的高校课程教学和农村实用技术人才培训实践中,体会到参与式教学模式推广中存在着主体观念不清,组织者的传统教学习惯浓厚,传统文化影响深远,师生接受新型教学模式的综合素质有待提高,以及社会资源保障不足等问题;针对问题对参与式理念的培养及参与式教学模式的推广应用进行了有益的探索和思考。通过参与式教学实践,可培养学员的参与意识、主动意识和创新意识。
In the long-term practice of course teaching in colleges and practical techniques training in countryside, there are some problems such as the unclear subject concept, organizers' stubborn traditional teaching habit, far-reaching traditional culture influence and the inadequacy in social resources security. At the same time, the overalt quality of teachers and students in accept the new teaching model needs to be improved. We meaningfully explored the culture of participatory ideas and the application of participatory teaching pattern and hope to cultivate or strengthen universal participation consciousness by participatory teaching and training.
