摘要
以国家标准为基础,通过对样品前处理方法及检测过程中的关键步骤进行优化改进,建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)对食品中安赛蜜的快速检测方法。结果表明:HPLC对安赛蜜的检测效果良好。从加标回收曲线来看,加标的安赛蜜线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.99,检测限为1.0 mg/kg。该法检测成本较低,快速有效,适用于多数食品中的安赛蜜含量测定。
Based on national standards, after optimizing the sample pretreatment and the key steps of detection, one method for the determination of acesulfame in food was established using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) . It could obtain good result for acesulfame detection. As shown in recovery experiment, the linearity of standard samples is reasonable, with correlation coefficient larger than 0. 99, and the detection limit was 1.0 mg/kg. This assay has many advantages such as low - cost, fast and efficient detection. It is competent for the determination of acesulfame in most of foods.
