以在"两个一百年"全面建成小康社会和实现社会主义现代化与中华民族伟大复兴为目标的中国道路,在世界上则致力于和各国一道打造人类命运共同体。为此,按照我国外交工作的布局,在同大国的关系中,破除"修昔底德陷阱"说,倡导"新型大国关系";在同周边国家关系中,倡导亲诚惠容,把中国梦同周边各国人民过上美好生活的愿望对接起来;在同发展中国家的关系中,倡导真实亲诚,用正确的义利观把中国的发展同发展中国家的自主、可持续发展紧密结合起来;在多边舞台上,则破除"文明冲突论",多边运筹,推动建立全球应对气候变化的机制。

The Chinese path aims at realizing the two centenary goals of building moderately prosperous society in all respects,achieving socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the world,China will work with other countries to forge a community with a common future for mankind.China has been committed to a new type of major-country relationship by breaking the dogma of ＂Thucydides Trap＂.China highly appreciates the principle of amity,sincerity,mutual benefit and inclusiveness in China＇s neighborhood diplomacy,seeking a combination of the Chinese dream and the good wish of people in neighboring countries.China develops relation with developing countries under the principle of truth,practicality,amity and sincerity.China will uphold a correct view of morality and interests in its cooperation and strengthen their capabilities in self-reliant and sustainable development.On a multilateral level,China aims to break the ＂Clash of Civilizations＂ theory,increasing multilateral cooperation and formulating a strategy to cope with climate change.
