社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行,离不开对其思想层面的文本解读和现实层面的培育弘扬。立足中国社会价值观的历史发展事实这一整体的、过程的视角,伴随着对社会主义核心价值观历史脉络和生成逻辑的勾勒,可窥探出其具有"变"与"不变"的交织与矛盾这一内在规律。同时,"变"与"不变"的文本解读对新形势下培育和践行社会主义核心价值观可提出"以不变应万变"的方法展望。在这一视角下对社会主义核心价值观的再认识,不仅摆脱了"思想脱离现实"与"现实撇离思想"的二元对立,还在思想与现实的辩证统一中体现了社会主义核心价值观的历史进步性、内容全面性以及实践前沿性,丰富了对社会主义核心价值观的科学培育和灵活践行。
