基于项目管理的大学生创新创业训练模式探索与实践--以郑州大学土木工程学院为例

Exploration into and Practice of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Modes Based on Project Management--A case study of school of civil engineering,Zhengzhou University

大学生创新创业训练计划是深化高等学校"本科教学工程"改革的重要举措。本文论述了开展大学生创新创业训练计划的必要性和实施现状,并以郑州大学土木工程学院为例,分析了大学生创新创业训练计划项目执行过程中存在的问题,提出了基于项目管理模式的大学生创新创业训练计划实施方法。从加强平台建设、注重过程管理、完善评价体系和建立长效机制等方面对大学生创新创业训练计划项目管理模式进行了探索与实践。研究表明,以目标管理为核心,以过程管理为主线,围绕质量、费用、进度三项控制,基于项目管理实施大学生创新创业训练计划,有利于改善大学生创新创业训练计划项目实施效果,提升高层次创新型人才培养质量。

College s tudents＇ innovation and entrepreneurship training is the important measurement for further reform of the project of undergraduate teaching in universities. The necessity and implementation situation of college students7 innovation and entrepreneurship training are discussed in this article. The current problems of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training during practice areanalyzed, and implementation methods of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training based on project management are put forward by taking the school of civil engineering, Zhengzhou University for example. Exploration into and practice of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship trainingproject management modes have been carried out through strengthening platform construction, payingattention to process management, perfecting evaluation system and setting up long-term mechanism , etc. The research results show that the implementation of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training based on project management , where target management is core , process management ismainline , and three control indexes such as quality , cost and schedule are focused , is improving implementation effects of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training and raising cultivation quality of high level innovative talents.
