摘要
对国际化人才培养涉及的不同利益群体的利益及需求进行具体分析,针对不同利益群体提出完善国际人才培养的方法和途径,以期为高校的国际化人才培养工作提供有益借鉴。
This article is mainly about the analysis of the interests and demands relevant to differentgroups' benefits in the international talents training program on the basis of the this article , different modes and ways are also put forward for perfecting different groups' internationaltalents’ cultivation so as to provide references for the work of international talents’ cultivation.
