The charm of Chinese character comes from its construction. This paper summarizes various kinds of deconstruction of Chinese character ”Gui” and ”Hua”,and attempts to deconstruct the two characters from new perspective and make holo-graphic explanation and analysis. In the process of China＇s sw-itching from planned economy to market economy, the new de-construction of ＂Gui Hua＂ is of great significance in understanding the switch from ＂Ji Hua ＂ to ＂Gui Hua＂, in comprehend-ing the theory and process of ＂Gui Hua＂ and in implementing ＂Gui Hua＂.
