粮食,对于人类来说是必不可少的。陕甘宁边区作为革命抗战的大后方,对新民主主义革命的最终胜利做出了重大的历史贡献。农业生产是边区全盘生产工作的中心,粮食生产作为农业生产的主要组成部分,具有不可替代的重要意义。边区政府通过制定相关的农业税征收政策及其采取军事共产主义的供给制度,将粮食有效的分配给党政军领导干部、学生以及广大的劳动人民群众,以做到"取之于民,用之于民"的美好初衷。

Food is essential for mankind.As the rear of the revolutionary war,the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region has made a significant historical contribution to the final victory of the new-democratic revolution.Agricultural production was the center of the overall production of Border Region.Grain production as an essential component of agricultural production has an irreplaceable significance.Through the development of the relevant agricultural tax levy policy and its military communist supply system,the border government would be effective distribution of food to the party and government leading cadres,students and the masses of the working people,to achieve a good original intention of 'From the people,with the people'.
