Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Hangzhou International Marathon Competition Management

针对杭州国际马拉松赛竞赛管理现状,运用文献资料分析法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法、以项目管理和体育赛事项目管理理论为依托,以竞赛方案策划、组织落实、资源配置、竞赛突发事件处理、赛道设计为研究变量,旨在为提升杭州国际马拉松赛竞赛管理水平,及赛事的可持续发展提供参考。

In view of the current situation of the Hangzhou International Marathon Competition,the paper uses the methods of literature analysis,the expert interview,the Delphi method,the project management and the sport project management theory as the basis,taking competition planning,organization,resource allocation,the handling of emergencies and the track design as study variables,for the purpose of enhancing the level of competition management,and providing a reference for sustainable development of the race.
